Try before you buy
Every new user gets 2 free summaries to test our service before subscribing. We strongly recommend using these free summaries to ensure the service meets your expectations before purchasing a subscription.
Subscription refunds
Because we provide a free trial that lets you fully test our service, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable. By purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you've tested the service and are satisfied with its functionality.
When refunds may be issued
We process refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following situations:
- Technical issues on our side: if the service was unavailable for an extended period and we couldn't restore access.
- Payment processed but subscription not activated: contact us immediately and we'll either activate your subscription or issue a refund.
- Duplicate payment: if you were accidentally charged twice for the same period.
- Other exceptional circumstances: we'll review individually.
How to request a refund
Email us at shtush76@gmail.com within 14 days of payment with:
- Your User ID (found in the extension by clicking "Need help?")
- Email used for the purchase
- Order/transaction ID from the payment confirmation email
- Reason for the refund request
We typically respond within 24 hours and resolve refund requests within 5 business days.
Card payments (Robokassa)
If a refund is issued for a card payment, funds are returned to the original card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Crypto payments (NOWPayments)
For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide. Note: refund amount equals the original USD value at the time of refund, which may differ from the original crypto amount due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation means we won't charge you for the next billing period — you'll continue to have access until the end of your current period.
Cancellation does not issue a refund for the current period. To stop your subscription, simply don't pay the next renewal invoice when it arrives.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us, your account will be permanently terminated and you may lose access to all data. We always recommend contacting us first — we resolve issues quickly and fairly.
